Terms and Conditions – 3 Broadband Service

Welcome to 3 Broadband Service. By subscribing to or using our internet services in Mumbai, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" means the broadband internet services provided by 3 Broadband.
  • "Subscriber/Customer" means any person, company, or entity who has subscribed to our services.
  • "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions along with the chosen plan details.

2. Service Usage

  • The service is provided for personal or commercial use as per the subscribed plan.
  • Customers must not use the service for unlawful activities, spamming, or any activity that violates Indian laws.
  • Bandwidth and speed will be delivered as per plan specifications, subject to network availability and fair usage policies.

3. Installation and Equipment

  • Installation charges, if applicable, will be informed prior to setup.
  • The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of any device (routers, modems, etc.) provided by 3 Broadband.
  • Any damage to company-owned equipment may be chargeable.

4. Billing and Payment

  • Subscription charges are payable in advance as per the selected plan.
  • Payments must be made by the due date to avoid suspension of services.
  • Late payments may attract penalties or disconnection.

5. Service Availability and Downtime

  • While we strive to provide uninterrupted internet service, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
  • 3 Broadband is not liable for interruptions beyond its control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Sharing services outside the registered premises without authorization is prohibited.
  • Customers must promptly report any unauthorized use of their connection.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Plan Cancellation: Customers may request cancellation by providing written notice or contacting customer support.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • If service is not activated within 7 working days of payment, a full refund will be processed.
    • If a customer cancels before service activation, the amount paid (excluding installation charges) will be refunded.
    • No refunds will be issued once the plan is activated and services are in use.
  • Refund Process:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
    • Installation charges, administrative fees, and any non-refundable deposits are not eligible for refund.

8. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

  • All plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy to ensure equal distribution of bandwidth.
  • Speeds may be reduced after the usage limit is exceeded, as per plan terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • 3 Broadband shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
  • Maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for one month of service.

10. Modification of Terms

  • 3 Broadband reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
